CyberInsights offers three hosting plans with features designed to meet the needs of your profession, business or organization.  In addition, we can customize a plan that meets your specific needs.  Just ask!

Free Tweak Policy: Each of our hosting plans includes our Free Tweak Policy, which we still think is unique in the industry: CyberInsights is, as far as we know, still the only hosting service to offer "free tweaks" to your web site every month (for accounts in good standing).

The first time each month that you ask us to make changes or modifications to your web site, these changes will be made at no charge, up to the first 15 minutes of time spent on your site - and we can do a lot of changes in 15 minutes! Subsequent requests for changes each month will be completed at our usual rates, from $80-$100 per hour depending on the complexity of the changes requested. For example, text changes, additions of content, etc. are billed at $80/hour, while more complex programming, photographic manipulation, optimization, database processing, and other complex tasks are billed at $100/hour. There is a minimum charge of $25. If you save your changes to your site and send them all at once in each month, you will be able to take full advantage of the free tweaks and, given typical programming charges in the industry, over the course of a year, your web hosting will be virtually free.

We are pleased to be able to continue to bring you this feature which means that most of your minor web site changes can be completed at no additional charge - something we think no other web hosting company offers! (Note: Accounts with outstanding balances over 60 days are not eligible for free tweaks and are billed at the regular rates).

Typically, we always try to get to changes as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 days if not sooner, but sometimes it takes an extra few days, and there are times when clients need a change made more quickly.  In response to this, we now offer CyberInsights Expedited Service.  If you have changes that need to be completed within 24 hours, simply indicate that you want “Expedited Service” when you send us the information for the changes.  For an additional flat fee of $25 (above the regular charge), we guarantee to make your changes within 24 hours.  If for some unusual reason we do not complete the changes in that time, we will, of course, waive the rush  fee.

Guaranteed 100% Uptime: Now CyberInsights guarantees that our network will be available 100% of the time (excluding scheduled maintenance). If we incur a network outage, CyberInisghts will credit the customer 5% of their monthly fee for every 30 minutes of downtime.

Our Basic Plan - and all our plans, offer multi-location redundant Tier 1 Gigabit and OCx Internet connections, Cisco 7200 series core routers, daily data backups, diesel generator and UPS battery backups, 99.9+% uptime record since 1998(100% guaranteed), Microsoft Active Server Page support, 500 separate POP3 email user accounts, complete "real-time" statistics on your site's usage, full-featured SmarterMail email with powerful spam filtering features, automatic email auto responders, unlimited email alias forwarding to any specified email address, web-based email access to check your email from any computer anywhere connected to the Internet, access to a secure server for secure transmissions, and many more features.

Our Developer Plan has everything in the basic plan and includes Microsoft Access database and the option for Cold Fusion server support and Microsoft SQL 2000 support so that you can connect databases to your site.

Our E-Commerce Plan includes (in addition to all features of the other plans) Miva Merchant Shopping Cart, Cold Fusion server support, the option for SQL Server support and a discount offer on a merchant account if you don't already have one set up.
